Estee Lauder Knowing è una fragranza del gruppo Chypre Floreale da donna, creata nel 1988 da Elie Roger. Un profumo raffinato ed elegante, con un’essenza molto speciale che trasmette lusso e opulenza, per una donna classica e slanciata; che ama i fiori e i loro profumi. E’ nato quando Evelyn Lauder, fondatrice della prestigiosa firma, venne colpita dall’aroma emanato dal giardino sotto casa sua, mentre era in vacanza nella sua residenza nel sud della Francia. Quando scoprì quale era il fiore che emanava quell’aroma, non esitò a creare un profumo per rendergli omaggio. Si apre con note floreali e intense di aldeidi, mimose, tuberose, prugna e rosa, note che durano per tutta la sua essenza, ma sottilmente danno più risalto al patchouli, alloro, radice di iris e fiori d’arancio della Cina, che apportano l’intensità del profumo; lasciando finalmente il posto a note più speziate come sandalo, amber, moss, zibetto, muschio di quercia e vetiver.
