Right of withdrawal

In compliance with the provisions of the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (and subsequent amendments and additions), the Consumer Customer, if you are not satisfied with the products or the content of the services purchased from the Seller, may return the products themselves or renounce the right to provide the services and obtain a refund of the price already paid upon advance payment.

Exercise mode: To this end, the Consumer Customer must contact the Seller within 14 days following delivery of the products or within 14 days following the purchase of the services, by sending a communication via registered mail with return receipt. b. the number and copy of the document (invoice – transport document) proving the purchase of the order for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal;
c. the description and codes of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund, including shipping costs, will be carried out by the Seller within 14 days from receipt of the communication via registered mail. cited above.

Following receipt of the communication with which the Consumer Customer communicates his desire to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller, verified correspondence with the above requirements, will agree, also via email, with the Consumer Customer the methods by which to return the products.

Conformity guarantee

The guarantee of conformity of the products sold by the Seller in favor of the Consumer Customer is provided by virtue of the rules contained in the Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) on guarantees in the sale of consumer goods. The Seller provides the official guarantee for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The Consumer Customer loses the right to assert the aforementioned guarantee if he does not report the lack of conformity within two months of its discovery. The warranty is valid for the following defects:

the product does not correspond to the agreement;
the product does not have the essential characteristics;
the product does not correspond to the usual use and quality.
The Seller will not be responsible for any damage that may arise from misuse or wear, unprofessional handling or installation, malfunction due to short circuit. The warranty does not apply in case of factors unrelated to normal use of the product, such as increases or decreases in voltage, use of inappropriate accessories or those prohibited by the manufacturers, falls, water, fire or incorrect or abusive use by the Customer or third parties not authorized by the manufacturer. The guarantee is also excluded for defects that were already known to the Customer at the time of purchase

Mode: is up to the Customer, before returning a non-compliant item, and in order to enforce the guarantee, agree, also via email, with the Seller the methods of return and delivery of the product. The Seller undertakes to inform the Customer of the place and methods of shipping the product. Once you have received the Product, the Seller will carry out the relevant inspection, also making use of the Manufacturer's structures e, where the lack of conformity is detected, will send the repaired or replacement product to the Customer.

If, upon completion of the check, the product does not appear to be affected by a lack of conformity, the Seller will inform the Customer about the costs necessary for its repair or replacement. The Customer will be charged for the costs relating to the transport of products that do not present defects of conformity. In the event of a complaint of lack of conformity, the Seller will promptly contact the Customer to inform him and possibly propose the replacement of the faulty product with alternative products, of equivalent or superior value and quality.

Shipping costs FREE for orders over €34.90. Below this threshold, there is an additional cost of €6.90

Once the payment process is completed, an order notification is generated, with the assignment of an order number which must be used as a reference in any further communication. Payment must be made by 2 days from the execution of the order. The Iban or Postepay card number will be sent to the email address, in case of payment with paypal you will receive a link to pay.

Delivery Times

The goods are delivered by courier within 2/8 working days (mon-come) from receipt of the order confirmation email to the customer. In the event that your order cannot be confirmed and/or accepted in whole or in part, THE PERFUMERY will promptly communicate this via e-mail, in the case of payment already made, will not charge the amount of unavailable goods.
