If one or more products in your order do not satisfy you, you can easily exchange or return within 14 days following the date of receipt of the goods. The product must be in perfect condition, accompanied by its original packaging and must not have been used or damaged.

The same goes for purchases with free shipping that, in case you request a return, Shipping costs will also be calculated and therefore subtracted from the total purchase. Quindi per il reso verrà sempre calcolato l'importo di acquisto meno 6,9€ della spedizione ed eventuale costo assicurativo.
